Image I've stopped frequenting Yotatech due to a disagreement with an owner.  As a matter of fact, myself and 4 moderators resigned the same day.  This is not to air the dirty laundry, but to let you know where we are now.

Myself, Bob_98SR5, Good Times, bamachem, Robinhood4x4, and Tdiddy have started a new Toyota 4x4 website.  I say website and not just  forum, since we have developed a full site dedicated to Toyota 4x4's.  We have articles, editorials, public service announcements, a wiki, as well as a full featured forum.  Stop in, check it out and say hi!  We've gained nearly 150 members in less than a week, so we are off to an outstanding start.

Welcome to my 4Runner website!

The purpose of this site is to share the information I've learned over the years about Toyota Pickups and 4Runners.   You might recognize this vehicle from the numerous discussion forums I frequent - namely Yotatech, Pirate4x4, UZswap, and many others.

I've owned my 1993 4Runner since 1995.  It has undergone considerable changes, but nothing drastic like an engine swap or solid axle swap - it has been bolt-on changes only.  However, that is evolving since I'm currently fitting a Toyota 1UZFE engine - I guess the real modifications are underway.  As time marches on, there will be additional mods - some planned modifications include a doubler, a solid axle conversion, full floater rear axle with discs, and more.  The purpose of this vehicle is to showcase products from CORE, my off road fabrication business.

I live in Pennsylvania, where the vehicle code is rather strict.  Many of the modications made will be governed by the PA vehicle code - my ultimate goal is to have this vehicle be the most capable streetable 4Runner out there.   No monster truck, just a great all around rig.

See the modifications section for more information on how my 4Runner has gotten to where it is and where things are heading...
